SELF HEALING SERIES: Sleep and Dreams

Sleep is the most important regenerating force in our lives. Sleep regulates the regeneration of body and brain, the processing of metabolic toxins and sorting out of emotional conflicts. Natural sleep is based on normal tiredness, toxic sleep on exhaustion. Normal sleep provides strength provides strength and is characterized by pleasant dreams. Toxic sleep is characterized by a dull, lethargic state and anxiety and nightmares. People wake up tired and exhausted. A distinction can be made between sleep quantity and proper sleep rhythm. While the amount of sleep required is individual the loss of sleep rhythmicity gives rise to many physical issues: high blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar or uric acid derailment or elevations.
Once the sleep rhythm is regulated disease parameters improve spontaneously. Within sleep there is also a need for the strengthening of recovery of our souls in the space of dreams.

In this first segment of the training students are introduced to a series of evaluation techniques used to determine treatment protocols. Systems include: the tongue, facial physiognomy including a detailed reading of the lips, iris and conjunctiva. We also look in detail at testing methods for the fingertips, feet and back segments to assess the state of the psyche, the energy and the organ capacity. These methods are based on German naturopathic systems with special reference to Peter Mandel’s main mentors including Joseph Angerer and Anton Magraff.
Students will also be introduced to a series of brain balancing techniques that are excellent therapies to use in early interventions.

CRYSTAL THERAPIES: THE TREE OF LIFE OR THE SEPHIROTH, BARDO AND KARMA

The Tree of Life is an ancient esoteric structure taken from the secret teachings of the Kaballah. The Tree of Life describes the descent of the divine into the manifest world and methods by which divine union maybe attained in this lifetime. It can be viewed as a map of the human psyche, as well as a model of the working of creation, both manifest and unmanifest.
Years ago Peter Mandel became interested in exploring how this ancient knowledge could be accessed on the skin using light frequencies and crystals. Mandel’s Tree of Life treatments are designed to support individual soul evolution. At the same time they also help physical complaints at the level of soul conflicts.
The Tree of Life sequences include teachings for the Karma and Bardo which puts clients in contact with the Bardo of Light or the space between incarnations. They allow clients to sense their original soul-spirit intention and karmic learning for this incarnation.

ESOGETIC ADVANCED THERAPY SEMINARS: BURNOUT

Burnout is a syndrome that was originally called nervous breakdown. The term burnout was originally coined by psychoanalyst Herbert Freudenberger in 1974.
The symptoms which present in this syndrome are common issues which therapists deal with in their clinics. These symptoms include feelings of inner emptiness, exhaustion and a drop in performance. Also, physical signs like stabbing pain in the heart, headaches, dizziness, poor concentration, memory disturbances, insomnia and sexual problems. Burnout is often classified as a psychological illness however there is no physical disease in which the soul and psyche are not involved.
In the Esogetic view there are twelve stages of progression leading to the fully-fledged syndrome. Being burned out means there must have been a strong fire before. This is usually driven by stress. Stress is healthy when there is also time for decompression after healthy phases. Individuals who manifest chronic burnout show a tendency to strive after high goals professionally and deny their basic needs. This tendency dominates their personal lives and the need for necessary phases of relaxation. As a consequence sleep rhythms get disturbed and these clients loose connection to their feelings and have conflicts in partnerships. Deep fears and a sense of helplessness get stronger.
In the final phase depressions emerge and the defense system becomes weakened.
In this one-day seminar:
Students will get an understanding of the etiology of Burnout and the twelve stages of progression of this disorder.
Students will be given the energetic signs and symptoms of the disorder
We will present several Case Histories which outline the connection to hormonal issues, pressure on the Limbic system, overload of the brain and lymphatic disturbances of the head.
We will teach a series of treatments for general rebalancing of the brain, including treatments for releasing stress in the Atlas/Axis and the Tempero-Mandibular joints.
Treatments for rebuilding the core energy, opening the connection to the enteric brain.

Each year Peter Mandel presents an Update seminar to share his ne therapeutic insights designed to work with chronic therapy resistant issues. Included in these seminars is usually one section concerned with new approaches to working with Pain. In this workshop I’ll be presenting a series of these new treatment approaches for pain management which can be applied when the basic Esogetic approaches to pain are not giving long lasting results.
