The sound therapy Motivation targets the regulation of our Limbic system. The Limbic system is the part of our brain that stores and processes our feelings and experiences. The Limbic system is an important link between our emotions and physical expression. It controls primarily  instinctive tendencies, and our basic needs such as hunger, the desire to sleep and all autonomic rhythms. Unlike other parts of the brain the Limbic system can uncouple if it’s regulatory capacities have been impaired. This leads to consequences like emotional reactions that are poorly motivated or wrongly motivated.
